1. Terms & Conditions

Umeed is a Matrimonial app to help you find your life partner.This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Application and membership. This Agreement may be modified by Umeed from time to time. The membership and rights of admissions are reserved.

Umeed is an advertising platform providing targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replaces the traditional newspaper classified. The Service is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.

Access to the Umeed Application is free. However, we offer Premium Memberships wherein one can promote his/her Profile on various Umeed properties such as Premium Interest Wall, Inbox, Search Results, Emails, Shaadi Chat, SMS, etc.

To withdraw this consent, you should end utilizing our Service and delete your account.

Disclaimer

a)  Your access to and use of the Umeed Services or any content is at your own risk.

b) You Understand and Agree that the Umeed Services Are Provided to you on an "As Is" And "As Available" Basis. Without Limiting the Foregoing, to the Full Extent Permitted by Law, Umeed Disclaims All Warranties, Express Or Implied, Of Merchantability, Fitness For A Particular Purpose, Or Non-Infringement.

c)  Umeed does not warrant that the Website/App, its servers, or e-mail sent from Umeed are free of viruses or other harmful components. Umeed will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Umeed App, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

d) Umeed does not give any implied or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage or alliance by you choosing to register on our App and using Umeed   services (both paid and free).Notwithstanding anything contrary contained anywhere, under no circumstances, Umeed shall be held responsible or liable whatsoever or howsoever, arising out of, relating to or connected with:

i. any act or omission done by Umeed payment gateway/alliance partner etc.

ii. any untrue or incorrect information submitted by you or on your behalf.

iii. any decision taken by you or on your behalf or any consequences thereof, based on any information provided by any other user (including suspension/deletion of the profile from Umeed).

iv. any unauthorized or illegal act done by any third party relating to or connected with any information submitted by you or on your behalf;

v. any cyber crime attempted or committed by anyone and

vi. any incident of force-majeure or 'act of god'.

vii. Any issue already stated in these terms and conditions including limitation of liability clause of these terms and conditions.

viii. Using/availing of third party services namely horoscope matching services etc. and for paying them through the App.

ix. Umeed  shall not be liable for the outcome of during any interaction in a meeting, call, sms, chat, email or social media posts at any point of time

x. Any issues relating to any technical malfunction of any telecommunication network, software, hardware failures, network congestion, denial of service, failure due to spamming or any combination of the above.

e. You expressly agree that your use of this Website/App is at your sole risk.

f. We are not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment including but not limited to computer equipment, hand-held device or mobile telephones as a result of the installation or use of the app. We are not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment including but not limited to computer equipment, hand-held device or mobile telephones as a result of the installation or use of the app.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

a)  This Agreement will stay in full force and effect while you utilize the Application and additionally are a Member. You may end your enrollment whenever, under any circumstances by informing Umeed with a composed or email notice of end or deleting your account or both. Organization may end your enrollment in any way, shape or form, powerful after sending notification to you at the email address you give at the information exchange, or such other email address as you may later give to Umeed If the Company ends your participation to the Service since you have broken the Agreement, you won't be qualified for any discount of any unused Subscription expense.

b)   Furthermore, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If at any time we have any reason to believe that you are not eligible to be a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, we reserve the right to terminate your membership, and / or your right to use the application without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

    You are exclusively answerable for keeping up the confidentiality of your login credentials you assign during the registration process and furthermore the exercises that happen under your account. You consent to promptly inform us of any unapproved use of your account or other break of security.

Refund Policy

At umeed.app, we want you to have the best possible experience while using our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 1-2 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at umeedlgbt@gmail.com or +91-9326688286 and provide your account information and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and determine whether you are eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 days of approval. Please note that we do not refund subscription fees for partial months or unused time.

In the event that you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter.

Please note that if you have violated our terms of service or community guidelines, you are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time without notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website or app.
